Job Summary
To support regulatory strategies, the full-time California Licensed Utility Rate Analyst will conduct detailed rate analysis, develop pricing models, and manage rate analysis workstreams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed rate analysis and develop models supporting pricing decisions and regulatory filings
- Perform standard to complex rate analysis for non-residential customers
- Collect and analyze financial information and operating statistics to support regulatory strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of related experience in electric rate design or implementation with an investor-owned utility
- Experience with regulatory proceedings, including testimony and data requests
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and model development
- Ability to analyze cost, demand, or usage scenarios
