Job Summary

To support a dedicated team in delivering quality patient care, the full-time California Licensed Utilization LVN will manage patient orders, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, or cancel patient orders and notify staff of changes
• Accurately enter information for appointment scheduling and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with referring physicians to obtain necessary patient information for authorizations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in utilization management or a related medical field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word preferred
• Strong customer service and public relations skills
• Detail-oriented with effective clerical skills
