California Licensed Utilization Management Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Care Management team, the full-time California Licensed Utilization Management Assistant will perform complex tasks related to patient assessment and management in a remote setting during night and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Care Management team in coordinating patient care
• Assist with the overall functions and activities identified during patient assessments
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to ensure effective care management

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or healthcare-related field
• 3 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience
• 3 years of clerical and computer experience
• 3 years of knowledge of insurance billing and managed care
