California Licensed Virtual Therapist

Job Summary

To support accessible behavioral health services for children and families, the full-time California Licensed Virtual Therapist will provide virtual therapy, parent guidance, and facilitate support groups using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and parents/caregivers
• Conduct brief, focused therapy using evidence-based approaches, including CBT
• Facilitate virtual parent support and education groups

Required Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
• California State License as an LMFT or LCSW
• Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services to children and families
• Training and experience in CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Experience providing services through telehealth platforms preferred
