Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply extensive claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• California Adjusters' license required, with up-to-date CE hours
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
