Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with clients' and corporate policies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed in California and up to date on CE hours
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
