Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience, including handling lost time/indemnity desk plus litigation
- Active California Adjuster's license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
