Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- California Adjusters' license required
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
