Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license with up-to-date continuing education hours
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
