Seeking a California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney, the full-time position will manage a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters throughout California, interact directly with clients, and handle various litigation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a workers' compensation defense caseload with minimal supervision
- Represent clients in workers' compensation matters before the WCAB, including conducting depositions and hearings
- Draft legal documents, conduct research, and maintain professional client relationships while providing timely case updates
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- At least 1 year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
- Strong deposition and advocacy skills
- Experience with hearings and law and motion practice
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities
