Job Summary
Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time California Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, coordinate compliance activities, and develop compliance reports in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, collaborating with various departments for document collection and audit submissions
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit information for management review
- Conduct compliance investigations by analyzing data, conducting interviews, and creating corrective action plans for identified issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in coordinating cross-departmental projects and compliance efforts
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and audit management processes
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic compliance initiatives
