California Medicaid Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time remote California Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage regulatory audit coordination, compliance reporting, and collaboration with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, including document collection and quality reviews
• Develop compliance reports and conduct compliance investigations to assess adherence to regulations
• Assist in the implementation of compliance efforts and monitor regulatory changes impacting the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance management
• Ability to develop and present compliance reports effectively
