California Medical Evaluation Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Day of Evaluation Team, the part-time California Medical Evaluation Coordinator will engage with doctors and applicants at clinic sites, delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support throughout the medical evaluation process while working remotely from San Diego, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare the clinic for evaluations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary resources
• Assist physicians by taking vitals and managing patient intake forms, while maintaining the evaluation schedule
• Provide exceptional customer service to both physicians and applicants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the evaluation day

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or healthcare administration
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is preferred
• Experience with monitoring and recording patient vitals is a plus
• Proficiency in office software such as Excel, Word, and Salesforce
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor and strong customer service attitude
