Job Summary
Providing longitudinal care for patients, the part-time California Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual medical evaluations, manage prescriptions, and respond to patient inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient questions with clarity and care
- Order laboratory tests, interpret results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California or other specified states
- Experience prescribing behavioral health medications
- Familiarity with gender-affirming hormone therapy guidelines
- Strong technical background, including familiarity with electronic medical records
