Job Summary
To support operations in the San Jose area, the full-time Regional Operations Supervisor will manage onsite visits for PET/CT and MRI units, oversee operational efficiency, and cultivate engaged teams while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality service delivery in the diagnostic imaging sector
- Develop and lead self-directed teams, fostering a positive work environment
- Analyze P&L reports to drive profitability and address operational challenges effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of overall operations management experience
- 2 years of people management experience
- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and diagnostic imaging trends
- Preferred: Graduate of an approved radiology technology program with ARRT or NMTCB registration
