California Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Provider Enrollment Specialist will support and complete provider enrollment applications for governmental and non-governmental payers for clients, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately complete Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other governmental provider enrollment application packets
• Complete non-governmental provider enrollment application packets for various clients
• Provide routine follow-up and status confirmation of physician enrollment applications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of medical billing and provider enrollment experience preferred
• Experience with a Revenue Cycle Management company preferred
• Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate the internet efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
