California QA Tester Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Tester Lead (Director or Manager) specializing in QNXT testing and D-SNP within California health plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end QA efforts for QNXT systems supporting D-SNP programs in California
- Manage QA teams, providing strategic direction and performance oversight to meet quality objectives
- Act as a trusted QA consultant, interfacing with executives and stakeholders to present testing strategies and results
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in a QA Manager or Director role in healthcare
- Minimum 3 years of direct QNXT experience within California health plans
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary QA teams in complex healthcare implementations
- Deep understanding of the entire healthcare lifecycle, including claims and regulatory testing
- Extensive background in manual testing with the ability to design strategic test plans
