Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives in pediatric care, the full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator I will lead performance improvement projects, collaborate with clinical teams, and manage data to enhance patient care functions remotely, with occasional on-site visits in California.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives impacting clinical processes and patient care
- Collaborate with managers and physicians to identify and enhance clinical issues for better outcomes
- Support the Quality and Safety Dashboard and develop audit tools for quality improvement projects
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience in a hospital setting and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in health care or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Certified Laboratory Technician or Certified Laboratory Specialist preferred
