California Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the full revenue cycle operations, the full-time California Revenue Cycle Manager will manage billing, coding, claims submission, and collections while ensuring compliance and performance improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle function, ensuring accurate billing and timely claims submission
• Monitor accounts receivable and collections, implementing corrective action plans for performance improvement
• Oversee denial management processes, conducting root-cause analyses and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related fields
• Previous supervisory or management experience within Revenue Cycle operations
• Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and healthcare billing practices
• Proficiency with healthcare billing platforms and EHR systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows effectively
