Job Summary
Leading platform strategy and architecture for Salesforce programs, the full-time California Salesforce Solution Architect will manage the Salesforce roadmap, define architecture standards, and oversee integration builds while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap across Marketing Cloud and Data 360, including personalization and AI features
- Define architecture and configuration standards, overseeing journey design and integration builds
- Monitor platform consumption and manage email deliverability, ensuring sound documentation and testable processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing technology architecture or CRM platform engineering, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 and deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud features
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and managing email deliverability
- Proven track record of stabilizing and improving high-volume CRM programs
- Strong documentation skills for technical and business stakeholders
