Job Summary

Seeking an elite California SAT Tutor, the part-time position will deliver bespoke 1-on-1 coaching to ambitious students, analyze and adapt lesson plans based on metrics, and elevate student mindsets to achieve competitive university admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke 1-on-1 coaching to help students significantly improve their SAT and ACT scores
• Analyze student metrics to diagnose weaknesses and develop customized lesson plans
• Transform academic anxiety into confidence, guiding students through rigorous challenges

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience coaching the SAT and/or ACT with a proven track record of high score improvements
• Ability to teach all sections of the SAT and ACT, with successful completion of an internal K-8 Math proficiency test
• Bachelor's degree from a highly selective university (Top 25/Ivy Plus) or currently pursuing one
• Availability during weekday afternoons and weekends to accommodate student schedules
• Commitment to at least 5 hours of tutoring per week
