California Seasonal RN

Job Summary

To provide professional nursing care in a temporary full-time capacity, the California Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with established standards while working onsite in Baldwin Park.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the health care team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability in patient care
• Develops and monitors individualized patient care plans, revising them based on ongoing assessments and evaluations
• Ensures accurate documentation of nursing processes and participates in departmental performance improvement activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Registered Nurse License in California
• Basic Life Support certification
• Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
