Job Summary
To support a growing financial advisory practice, the full-time California Securities Licensed Associate will provide licensed financial and non-financial support, assist in developing marketing plans, and counsel clients on investment products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle sensitive communications and respond to member/customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
- Assist in business planning and participate in marketing services, including seminars and workshops
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on suitable financial products and investment advisory services
Required qualifications
- Must be securities registered (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63) or willing to obtain within 120 days of hire
- Appropriately insurance licensed for the sale of all life/health and variable products
- 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of the financial products and services offered by the sponsoring financial advisor
