Job Summary
Seeking an experienced California Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, develop case strategies, and provide mentorship to junior attorneys while working in a collaborative office environment in the Inland Empire.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and cultivate relationships with clients
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Experience with full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
