Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, firmware, operating system, and network issues
- Execute complex hardware and software upgrades and deploy client, server, and lab infrastructure systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong hardware, firmware, and operating system troubleshooting skills
- Networking experience including DHCP, static IPs, switches, and cable validation
