California Talent Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the recruitment pipeline, the full-time hybrid California Talent Engagement Specialist will coordinate candidate vetting processes, ensure a high-touch candidate experience, and maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System while engaging in local outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the recruitment workflow by managing the pipeline, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating interview logistics across departments
• Maintains candidate engagement post-offer to prevent "ghosting" and ensures accuracy in the ATS while tracking key hiring metrics
• Participates in community outreach initiatives, job fairs, and builds relationships with local workforce development organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven environments
• 2 years of experience in attending job fairs and community hiring events
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in an ATS/HRIS system
• Familiarity with candidate assessment tools such as Testlify is a plus
