To support a growing claims team, the fully remote California Workers Compensation Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
- Document and report on claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
- Active California Adjuster's license
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
