Job Summary
To support a growing claims team, the fully remote California Workers Compensation Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with clients' and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim file outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
