Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned California Workers Compensation Examiner, the full-time hybrid role will analyze and adjudicate complex workers compensation claims while ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to determine benefits due through investigative action plans
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 or more years of California workers compensation jurisdictional knowledge required
- SIP certification required or must be obtained within one year of employment
