Job Summary

Experienced California Workers Compensation Examiners will find a full-time opportunity to analyze and adjudicate complex claims while working remotely, ensuring timely resolution and client communication within a supportive and flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing workers compensation claims to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority limits
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 or more years of California workers compensation jurisdictional knowledge required
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• SIP required or must be obtained within one year of employment
