Call Center Agent - Arizona

Job Summary

Seeking customer-focused individuals, the full-time remote Call Center Agent - Arizona will contact blood donors to schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide a positive service experience while meeting established production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation and update donor records as needed
• Schedule appointments while ensuring a consistent and positive donor experience to maximize show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform and assist potential donors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Ability to commit to a specified work schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn about blood donations and advocate for donor recruitment
