Call Center Collector

Job Summary

Collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts, the part-time Call Center Collector will review documentation, contact customers by phone or written correspondence, and arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss, working remotely with a schedule that includes two night shifts and daytime hours.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service
• Knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures
• Familiarity with fair debt collection practices and related laws
• Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
