Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls from Ryder's Platinum National Accounts and assist with scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns and preventive maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and manage communication regarding service scheduling and status updates
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to enhance service productivity and address customer repair requirements
• Handle incoming and follow-up calls, processing customer service requests related to various topics including billing and compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck maintenance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask effectively
