Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities aimed at retaining participants while occasionally performing minimal research tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews of the research program
• Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for enrollment and retention activities

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
