Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities to retain participants, while occasionally performing minimal research tasks and coordinating with the research team.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Identify and screen patients for eligibility, providing them with comprehensive information about the program and answering their questions
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written, is preferred
