Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities aimed at recruiting and retaining participants while collaborating with the Patient Engagement Team.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing comprehensive information about the program and answering questions
• Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies while scheduling patient appointments for program activities

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
