Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while also performing minimal research tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Screen patients for eligibility and provide comprehensive information about the research program, addressing any questions they may have
• Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
