Call Specialist for Research Program
Job Summary
To support participant engagement in the All of Us research program, the part-time Call Specialist for Research Program will conduct outreach and enrollment activities, screen patients for eligibility, and provide program information while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
- Screen patients for eligibility and provide thorough program overviews while answering questions
- Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for research program activities
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
- Experience in patient relationship management is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
