Call Specialist for Research Program

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Call Specialist for Research Program will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities while working remotely, focusing on enrolling and retaining participants and occasionally performing minimal research tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive participant enrollment and retention
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing them with comprehensive information about the research program
• Conduct daily outreach activities via phone and email to inform patients and schedule enrollment activities

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
