Call Specialist for Research Program
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Call Specialist for Research Program will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while working remotely and occasionally performing minimal research tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive participant enrollment and retention
- Screen patients for eligibility and provide comprehensive information about the research program
- Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for program activities
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Experience in patient relationship management is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
