Calypso Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance automated test coverage and optimize an existing Calypso testing framework, the remote, contract Calypso Test Automation Engineer will assess current automation environments, develop and maintain automated regression test suites, and troubleshoot script issues within a financial services context.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and optimize the existing Calypso CATT framework, including test scripts and execution processes
• Develop and implement automated test scenarios to cover critical Calypso workflows, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Execute automated regression tests, validate results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Nasdaq Calypso and its automated testing capabilities, particularly CATT
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and regression test suites
• Solid understanding of capital markets and trade lifecycle processes
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and assess existing processes for technical improvements
