Calypso Test Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance automated test coverage within a financial services environment, the remote Calypso Test Automation Engineer will assess and optimize the existing Calypso testing framework, design and maintain automated regression test suites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve execution efficiency and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and enhance the existing Calypso CATT framework and test scripts for reliability and efficiency
- Develop and implement automated test scenarios for critical Calypso workflows, prioritizing based on business needs
- Execute automated regression tests, validate results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Nasdaq Calypso and its automated testing capabilities, particularly CATT
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and regression test suites
- Solid understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trade lifecycle processes
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and deliver technical improvements in existing processes
