Campaign Integration Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the company's Western Hemisphere growth strategy, the full-time remote Campaign Integration Lead will manage campaign integration across various defense and security sectors, coordinating activities among teams and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign strategy execution across Defense & Intelligence and Federal Solutions, maintaining an integrated action plan and identifying opportunities
• Track business development activities and support the identification of new opportunities in homeland defense and related missions
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain awareness of priorities and requirements across relevant government agencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, national security, intelligence, international relations, engineering, public policy, or a related field
• 15+ years of related experience or 12+ years with an advanced degree, including expertise in business development and campaign planning
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple teams and translating campaign priorities into actionable plans
• Understanding of Western Hemisphere mission areas such as homeland defense and border security
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, if required
