Campaign Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of impactful advocacy campaigns, the full-time remote Campaign Manager will develop strategies, manage partnerships, and coordinate teams to drive measurable victories for ocean and climate policy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategies, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adapting tactics as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse partners and coalitions, representing the organization in external alliances
• Guide and support cross-functional teams, fostering a proactive campaign culture focused on speed and strategic risk

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced campaigning environment, with a track record of managing complex campaigns
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with various stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Political judgment and understanding of policy dynamics, preferably related to ocean and climate issues
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
