Campaign Operations Director

Job Summary

To support a growing campaign initiative, the full-time remote Campaign Operations Director will manage the campaign's operating system, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and effective communication among stakeholders while driving progress toward campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the campaign's operating rhythm, including governance structures and decision-making processes
• Manage campaign dashboards, milestones, action items, and risks to ensure accountability and progress tracking
• Maintain campaign forecasts and pipeline visibility in collaboration with Development and campaign leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8-12 years of experience in campaign management, fundraising operations, or organizational effectiveness
• Experience with complex, multi-year fundraising campaigns or large-scale organizational initiatives
• Strong understanding of constituent relationship management systems and campaign reporting tools
• Authorized documentation to work in the United States of America
