Campaign Specialist

Job Summary

Passionate about advocacy, the full-time remote Campaign Specialist will coach fellows in designing impactful campaigns, monitor progress, and build relationships with external advisors to enhance learning and collaboration in the mission to end factory farming.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support fellows in designing and launching advocacy campaigns
• Monitor campaign progress and help fellows adapt strategies to maximize impact
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to build fellows' advocacy skills

Required qualifications

• Experience as a coach or mentor with a focus on advocacy and organizing skills
• Skilled in strategic thinking and guiding others in aligning decisions with long-term goals
• Proficient in facilitating virtual groups and fostering engagement
• Proven ability to lead impactful change initiatives through advocacy or community organizing
• Strong communicator with a history of building trust-based relationships
