Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the part-time Global Payroll Contractor will process payroll for clients in Canada or the UK using ADP platforms, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process recurring and off-cycle payrolls from start to finish, including inputs, validation, approvals, and final submission
- Review payroll registers, reconcile results, and address variances before fund release
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions, filings, and remittances, while answering client and employee payroll inquiries
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience processing payroll in Canada or the UK, with hands-on experience in ADP Workforce Now Canada or ADP iHCM
- Solid knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and year-end processing requirements in the respective country
- Preferred qualifications include PCP or CPM designation for Canada and CIPP qualification for the UK
- Experience with payroll-related forms such as T4, P60, or P45, depending on the country
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a remote environment
