Job Summary

Owning the Canadian Manual Therapy and Mental Health markets, the full-time remote Market Owner will set annual goals, track key performance metrics, and drive a coordinated strategy to improve customer outcomes across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Canadian Manual Therapy and Mental Health markets end-to-end, setting and tracking annual goals around key market metrics
• Build deep market and customer understanding to develop a nuanced view of practitioner needs and growth opportunities
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Customer teams to enhance market presence

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in strategy consulting and 2+ years in market strategy or general management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with measurable outcomes
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams in a cross-functional environment
• Comfort with managing to metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance data
• (Nice to have) Deep familiarity with the manual therapy or mental health landscape
