Cancellation Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Cancellation Representative will manage the review of prior-day cancellations, process contract cancellations, and respond to Dealer inquiries regarding cancellation requests and refund information.

Key responsibilities

• Audit online cancellations for accuracy, ensuring correct cancellation dates, mileage, and reasons
• Handle cancellation tickets from the team email box, including requests, inquiries, and status updates
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information using appropriate tools and methods

Required qualifications

• Preferred experience in automotive, dealership, or warranty administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with data entry or finance and insurance systems is preferred but not required
