Cancer Clinical Research Data Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Cancer Clinical Research Data Manager for a 6-month fixed-term position, responsible for entering and verifying data accuracy, maintaining complex databases, and developing tools for data integrity within the BMT Clinical Research Group.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain complex record-keeping procedures and databases to ensure data integrity
• Utilize computer applications to manipulate, report, and analyze complex data, developing new tools as needed
• Collaborate with data providers to clarify ambiguities and perform audits to ensure compliance with established procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent with three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of clinical research principles and federal regulations
• Familiarity with IRB guidelines and regulations
• Previous experience in clinical trials and data management
• Strong clerical and organizational skills with excellent computer proficiency
